Marrow Pro.
Everything that made Marrow worth installing stays free: every Apple Health metric, food and workout logging, exports, the on-device agent server, your own self-hosted mirror, and automations. Pro pays for the three things that cost us per use or per person.
What Pro includes
- Unlimited AI logging. Meal photos, attached images, barcodes, typed descriptions and voice, as often as you like. The free plan includes three AI logs a day, and search, Quick add and New food are always unlimited.
- Connect your AI. One link that ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini read any time, with your phone asleep and nothing for you to run. Every sign-in is approved from your phone; Disconnect deletes the copy. Claude works without an AI subscription; ChatGPT and Gemini need theirs. How it works.
- Campus dining menus. Your dining hall's menu, with the dining program's own nutrition facts, logged in one tap from the Log tab.
Prices and the free trial
$4.99 a month, $34.99 a year, or $59.99 once for lifetime, in US dollars; local prices vary. Monthly and yearly start with a 7-day free trial for Apple IDs that have not used one. Nothing is charged until the trial ends, and cancelling any time before then costs nothing. After the trial the plan renews automatically at the shown price until you cancel.
Cancel or change plan from Marrow's Settings (Marrow Pro, then Manage or cancel subscription) or in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone. Access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Billing, refunds and cancellation are handled by Apple.
Have a code? Open the Marrow Pro screen (Settings, Marrow Pro, or any Pro door) and tap Redeem a code. A code from us gives a year of Pro at no charge.
Supported campuses
Dining hall menus are live at these 46 universities. If a menu is missing, a hall is not listed, or your school is not here, write to [email protected] and we will add it; most schools take a day or two.

The honest limits
- AI estimates are estimates. Marrow shows what it detected and you confirm before anything is logged.
- Connect your AI depends on our server being up. We do not promise uptime. Everything else in the app works without our servers.
- Campus menus come from each dining program's published data; when a program publishes late or leaves an item out, so do we.
