The app
Marrow Health is a free iPhone app: a calorie counter and fitness tracker that also reads every Apple Health metric, 178 data series in all, and gives everything back to you. No account, no ads, no subscription required; an optional Pro tier adds unlimited AI logging, hosted AI connections and campus menus. Get it on the App Store (iOS 17 or later).
Five ways to get your data out
- Connect your AI (Marrow Pro): one link that ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini read any time, phone asleep, nothing to run. Every sign-in is approved from your phone. Claude works on its free plan; ChatGPT needs a paid plan and Gemini needs Google AI Pro.
- Local MCP: a live server on the phone itself. Claude, Cursor or any MCP client reads your data over your network or tailnet. Seven read-only tools, bearer-token auth, off until you turn it on.
- Server MCP: a small open-source server on hardware you own. The phone pushes in the background; agents query it 24/7, phone asleep or not.
- Automations: scheduled pushes of CSV or JSON to any URL you choose, with the app closed.
- Files: CSV, JSON and GPX from the Export tab, straight to the share sheet.
